London based Irish Tenor, James (Seamus) Kinsella, is a versatile performer with a diverse repertoire that includes Opera, Musicals, Popular Songs and Irish Ballads. He currently works with drama coach, Delia Lindon, vocal coach Lada Valesova and teacher Iona Jones. James is an Operatic Tenor who is equally at home on the concert platform. From 1994 to 2006 he was part of the Caritas Vocal Quartet, performing throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland and Vienna.

Regular engagements as guest artist have included an invitation to Australia with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (1997) a concert with conductor Steven Ellery for Amnesty International at St. Jame’s Piccadilly (2006), repeat engagements for the Puccini Society at the Savoy Hotel in London and “ Memories of Count John McCormack” for the Marlow Theatre Canterbury. Operatic roles include Lensky in Eugene Onegin, Pinkerton in Madam Butterfly, Canio in I Pagliacci and Gustavo in Verdi’s ‘A Masked Ball’ for Guilford Opera (2007). Future engagements include Alfredo in La Traviata, Summer 2008 at the Kings Theatre Southsea.
